Riverside Lawyers with a Practice Devoted to You!

An Ivy League graduate of Cornell University, Mark Mellor leads The Mellor Law Firm. With a diverse practice and backgrounds, we practice civil litigation in all state and federal courts in all counties of Southern California (Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, San Diego County and Ventura County) and the District of Columbia. We specialize in Real Estate, Business Law, Construction, Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, and Civil Litigation. These cases involve everything from a simple estate plan to insurance defense and coverage issues, construction defects and accidents, mechanic’s liens, landlord-tenant disputes, homeowner association matters, sexual harassment, premises liability, products liability and general personal injury. Our skilled attorney is proud to offer a personal approach to commercial and individual clients. Much of what makes us a quality firm is our approach to the practice of law. Our clients know and trust their attorney. We take the time to explain options and keep our clients updated as to the status of their cases.

Serving the Needs of Clients

The hallmark of our service is our attention to the needs of our clients that goes beyond the standards of professional responsibility. When representation requires litigation, we are aggressive trial lawyers who are not afraid to fight to protect our clients’ rights. We have experienced trial attorney with over 40 years’ combined experience who practice in a wide variety of legal matters. We also believe in reasonable plans and cooperation, so we adjust our representation to suit the needs of any particular client. A client who brings us a transactional matter can expect an honest and accurate appraisal of the matter and a resolution in the most practical, direct and economically feasible manner.

Your Law Firm for Life

Hiring a lawyer can be difficult. What separates one attorney from the next? If you live in Riverside, do you need a Riverside lawyer? If you live in San Bernardino, do you need a San Bernardino lawyer? This is a question that has multiple answers. It really comes down to three things: Is the lawyer you are about to retain experienced in the area of law you need? Is the lawyer licensed to practice law and does he or she have experience in your geographical area? And, most importantly, do you feel comfortable with the attorney? Since we know that these are the three most important issues when looking for an attorney, we have designed our practice to be your law firm for life! We are there for you in all of your real estate or business needs, and we have an attorney for your estate planning as well. Though we hope it doesn’t happen, if you have a car accident or are bit by a dog, our personal injury lawyers are experienced and can get you the compensation that you deserve.

As you can see, we are not a law firm that thinks of a client as a number. We are a law firm that sees you as an individual and will be there for you. Our firm is dedicated to being there for you when you need us.

If you have a legal matter that needs to be handled efficiently and effectively, look no further. Contact us today! We will put our experience and dedication to work for you.
